Welcome to this page on my site, for some it is non-traditional and for others it could be the first time you found someone that understands what your going through and can assist you through it.

  I can also tell you that over the years of working in our community, no two situations are the same (yes, you are unique) so how we work together will also be geared towards you..no one size fits all.

  Be assured that whether we connect in my office or on line this is a safe space, no judgements and total confidentiality.

  As every persons journey is different, I don't set an amount of sessions, that decision is made during the consultation and reviewed as we go.
